Pole dancing lessons via Cambridge University

If it’s Monday, it’s time for some pole dancing lessons at Cambridge University. For only 2 pounds, you can escape exam stress.

The Blue Room, more commonly used for debates (Winston Churchill, the Dalai Lama and Theodore Roosevelt are some of the personalities who held a speech here) is now the place for… another range of activities.

As a Cambridge Union spokeswoman said: “”We are of the opinion that classes like these are a way of empowering women, as well as being a fantastic way to exercise and have fun together with other women. If an intelligent, independent woman wishes to learn a particular form of dance in respectable surroundings, we see nothing degrading in that.”

Juan de Francisco, the Union Ents Officer responsible for the classes, reinforces this idea: “The classes are for fitness and well-being, and are not intended to be sexual. High heels are actually discouraged – the instructor has told me that attendees should wear trainers or go bare-foot.”

Well, if they offer a diploma at the end of the classes, there will be much more Cambridge graduates for sure!

Legendary Pictures confirms 300 Follow Up

For the last 2 weeks i have seen on the net all kind of stories regarding the Follow Up for the Movie 300 . They weren’t too clear if this movie will have a follow up or no but now it seems that Legendary Pictures confirmed that they will create the Follow Up for Warner Bros.

Frank Miler is writing the script and Zack Snyder will direct …

Guys, ladies, we have to apologize for not posting anything in this period of time. We know that some of you checked the RSS feed or the site for new interesting posts and found nothing. We are deeply sorry about that.

We know that we should have left a post about going on vacation. But it happened to leave to our families without saying a single word.

Now, we are back on track again. We, and especially I, promise you more interesting content about women, cars and gadgets very soon. I still do need some rest after such a hard period with the college and work.

There are just 2 days until the New Year and I wish you what Benjamin Franklin used to say: “Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better man.”

And as breaking news, I am very happy that today I’m going to “The Prodigy” concert that will happen in Sibiu, Romania. This will be my second Prodigy concert this year. Hooray!

Jericho is back on track

Jericho is back on track and the second season will start airing this winter, in February. After CBS canceling the show this spring because of low ratings, in June they confirmed bringing it back due to numerous pleads from fans all over the world. Just a few days ago CBS’ new schedule has been released showing that Jericho’s first episode from season two will air on Tuesday, February the 12th at 10 P.M. Only 7 episodes are scheduled to be released, but there will be more if the show has good enough ratings, so, if you want more, convince your friends to watch it.

Plot: The show is about the small town of Jericho and how it’s inhabitants deal with the after effects of a nuclear attack from terrorists, that destroys most of the States.

I really wanted to see a list with things not supported by iPhone and now we finally have one. For a 600 $ phone this looks really bad The list was created by the readers from Gadget Lab and i am really starting to hate the iPhone . It is only a fancy look but nothing useful.

Asus confirms Apple Tablet

A lot of rumors about the Apple Tablet navigated over the web but now it seems that the production of the Apple Tablet is a real fact . Asus is the Apple’s contract manufacturer. It’s one of the companies responsible for building the iBooks, PowerBooks and MacBooks . The big thing about this tablet is that it will contain the pressure sensitive touch-screens that were used in creating the iPhones . We now need to wait and see what happens next .
