It seems that the people from Mercedes are working on something BIG . They have just announced that they are going to launch a new service : Digital Service Booklet . Ok what does this mean : You take your brand new Mercedes for the first time to the Mercedes service in England .

They work on your car you get on your way . Next time you take your car in another European country to the Mercedes service … The people at the service will connect to the Mercedes database and see the entire car’s service history . This will be very helpfull for better and faster service.

This service will be implemented first for only some selected Mercedes - Benz models but will eventually spread throughout the entire range.
